In 2019, Sedera, a rapidly growing medical cost sharing community, was looking to provide members with a bill negotiation service to reduce the expensive bills members were paying for medical care. They also wanted a health navigation service to assist in identifying high-quality, fair-price doctors, procedures, and medications. They chose The Karis Group, a Point Health company, to accomplish both goals. This case study dives into how we helped them reach their goals and the results of using our services.
